Band In A Box Opening Screen

This is the screen that you will see when you open Band in a Box. I am using Band in a Box version 11 but I started out with version 10 and the settings and how to get to them that I'm about to describe are the same for both. If you see a screen with Calkwalk or something else then you openend up the wrong program and you need to open up the right one or the pictures that I'm showing you won't make any sense.
