2nd Section: Using Sound Fonts

Start BIAB and bring up a song that you want. I brought up Danny Boy and I'm going to change the melody part of it to the new "Fiddle" sound font that we just installed for the sound card. Remember I said at the beginning that BIAB generates no sound at all. What it does do is to send the information to the sound card which will play the instrument that you ask for. This is done through the use of patch maps. Let's click on the next Pic and get started.
